Dearest Michelle,I was part-way through reading your book when I was inspired by what you had written, "Relationships form an intricate part of daily life...." So I wrote a short note of appreciation to the young tradesman who was replacing my front door letting him know what a great job he did and how grateful I was for all his efforts.
Even though the world is a big place, I can do things to make my corner of the world a better place. It's the smallest of things that really do make a difference and we can all help other people to feel good about their lives and in doing so feel good about our own lives.

My children have so many questions about space – outer space. They are not the only ones. Mankind around the world strives to find the answers to all of their questions about the universe through space exploration.
Outer Space we can visibly see when we gaze overhead. Inner Space is just as mysterious, yet not as readily seen by the naked eye.
When we stand there, with our heads tilted back, looking out into the universe, we are standing at the centre of our own universe, one of inner space. Imagine for a moment that everyone you see around you is inside a bubble. This bubble represents their universe. Look at your reflection in a mirror and picture that you are in a bubble – your universe.
These bubbles edges are soft and pliable. They move and wobble with your body’s movements.
Your universe and my universe co-exist simultaneously and are contracting and expanding with energy. When you and I interact our universes expand to share the same space. Those soft, pliable outer edges of the bubbles around us are touching, then, in an instant have merged into one large bubble with us both inside. When our interaction has ended, our universes contract. The bubbles separate and become individual once more.

Essentially, “The Secret” is the law of attraction. Everything that comes into your life, you are attracting. And it’s being attracted to you by what you are thinking, by what you are feeling, and by what you are doing. The simplest way to explain this is: Say that you’re fishing… You’ve got a fishing rod and some bait. You put the bait on the hook and cast it into the water. Now you wait for a fish to come along. You wait… and wait… and wait… maybe you catch a fish, maybe you don’t. This is how most of us go about the law of attraction, with a hit or miss strategy. 
Why? Because we may have the knowledge, but don’t know really how to use that knowledge in practical application to make it work successfully every time and in every situation. Some of you may be great at creating financial wealth, but fail at relationships all the time. It’s like fishing, you need to know a lot more than just the basics to have continual and repeated success. When you are clear about what kind of fish you want to catch, you’ll get informed about what kind of bait to use, the best locations to fish in, the appropriate tides, weather conditions, all the things you need to know for successful fishing.

To be successful in using the law of attraction, you’ve got to be like the successful fisherman who’s applying The Science of Deliberate Creation. Being successful in every part of your life really is easy when you know how to do it.
